I appreciated that you have done all of the troubleshooting steps. It seems that your device is having hardware issue. To set your expectation, we do only able to proceed with the out of warranty repair as we do not have the receipt of purchase.  There will be a $99 Dollar diagnostic fee.

I would like you to try to contact and see if the previous owner is able to provide you with the receipt. If not, we will then proceed with the out of warranty repair.

Meanwhile, you may also seek for a third party repair from your side.

Kindly do feedback to us again and let us know which methods you prefered.

Should I edit a recipt or proceed (depending when I have to pay the fee)

Bearing in mind I did the photoshop myself of the laptop and the video was 50/50 corrupted (so you could play the video but most of it was in black because I removed the background but the app thought everything was background)
