They are sending out AR to my home address
Do you guys think it's possible to EB the package and cancel the RMA for a refund?

btw they only asked for a photo of the SN w/ handwritten case#. no PoP or PoD required!

They have been useless with eb on S/N se's for me this is from a few months ago. They asked for a police report for a £70 mouse on both occasions so I just acted annoyed. They said they would investigated but gave the same automated response for a month in a row so I gave up.
