First things first: Always make sure you have all of the information they would ask for beforehand to make it less of a hassle when attempting to complete the SE. You seem very new so its OK but you need to keep in mind that this is against the law & any misstep could lead to a bigger situation happening to you.

Now, what you can do is respond to them that your phones video keeps coming out corrupted but you are able to provide photo proof. Create a receipt from a reputable retailer giant, either using MS Paint, Adobe PS, or this free online editor called Canva. You may not need one if they only asked for the above info but its always good to be ahead of the game.

The next step would be to pick out the keyboard you want then find the item on a 2nd hand marketplace where user selling is permitted. Reason being is that you can find S/Ns from other peoples items instead of buying one (if you don't have money to spare). As you look for a S/N keep in mind some people are smart or lazy and don't take pictures that show the S/N so you should message them with something like "Hey I was interested in purchasing your item however the last time I bought a similar device the seller sent me something that broke in a week & was out of warranty by the time I got it. That being said, I'd appreciate if you could provide me with a reference pic of the S/N on this item so I can authenticate it with the company before purchasing since I really want this but don't want to get burned again over electronics!"

Some people will respond, some people will call you out because they themselves are SE'ers, while others will buy your story as authentic, which is just what you want. After you've obtained the information you can get the product number off the barcode on the box. The rest of the information should be common sense and/or easy to find on a retailer or the original manufactures site.

Once this is sent off they'll potentially ask some more questions if you seem fishy but probably won't if you treat it like your item is actually messed up and that you own it.

Last tidbit, I believe Razer tends to ask for photos where you have to show cord cut on the item if it has one so you will need to get a picture like that to seal the deal on your SE.

Hope some of this helps in your success. Feel free to quote this if more clarification is needed or you have other questions that need tending too.

Peace!
Detach from your emotions & see the whole picture.
