Hello, Here is a simple webpage that I created in 15 minutes, Is it a nice webpage for me as a beginner(In CSS)?

Reason: Not sure if I would call it a website. All you have is a navbar, a big boring wall of text (with no formatting) and a footer. Add more content, and I'll give a better rating. But PLEASE remove the headline from the navbar...

First the navbar and then the title? Thats kind of strange..
Just like Anima Templi said, its more like a webpage rather than a website.

The typography could also use some work i.e letter-height and using alinea's.

4 just because I can't read it and I would have to go about translating it myself. On the other hand the layout is pretty nice and I got a jist of what the site was about just by that alone. Maybe 4 is a little harsh but I'm english and don't like to waste time translating other languages. Nice site in the end.
