Update: Philips got back to me yesterday telling they were processing a refund and asked for a POP once again (after I had repeteadly told them I didn't have one, because the Sonicare was a gift).
I replied acting confused, telling them I had been told a replacement was on the way 11 days ago but hey, I'd gladly accept a refund "with which I'd happily purchase a new toothbrush for myself" (yeah, sure, count on that!)
Today they sent me an apologetic email in which they explained how a replacement wasn't available for said toothbrush, and how they could refund me its price as listed on their website (350€ - maybe, were I to give them a POP, they would've refunded me the price written on it instead?).
They attached a Word doc that I had to compile with my bank info and then sign, nothing legally binding in any way or form. It also said I won't be pretending any more from Philips after I receive the sum.
Now waiting to see the bank transfer on my account
