Hello, I recently ordered an rtx 4080 from Amazon. My account is around 3 years old with a lot of orders and one refunded item 2 years ago using DNA method. A pair of airpods. The GPU came with UPS, just required signature no OTP. I also ordered a 600 euro CPU that I payed without intentions of refunding it. The GPU actually arrived a few days before the estimated date. I contacted them and told them that the GPU didn't arrive and the support team was nice and helped me to ask for a refund. The A-Z amazon team asked me for a police report, but I waited a few days, sending them an email that I talked to the police and that the police told that they can't do anything if I don't have Security cameras at my condo, but amazon didn't answer my email. Today I received an email that they refuse to refund me and that I can make an appeal if I think that it's unfair. What should I do next.

You said A and Z... does this mean the GPU was not sold and shipped by Amazon?

Its harder to get refunds when it's an individual seller for expensive items like this which is part of the reason it's advised to not hit them. They will provide the proof of signature/etc. You can keep trying and maybe Amazon sides with you at the end but yea an individual seller will fight it. If possible return it and get one sold by amazon.
