So I went to SE Logitech for a g610, everything went fine. I received a response back saying that my claim is pending and should reply with a tracking number soon.
I received an email today saying that my request was pending to long and they want a picture of the S/N and PoP. Upon that they want me to send back the keyboard....................

Try to SE someone selling the item on craigslist to take a picture of thee S/N and the PoP so you know the item is legit.

I have a picture of the S/N but the problem is I told them the keyboard was a gift, which "no pop". Also what do I do with the return the keyboard part..........

Did they originally tell you you needed a picture or to return the KB? How long did they take to get back to you?

You could try to brute force and tell them something along the lines of this:
"I thought this was taken care of and being processed so I disposed of it. No one told me I needed to send it back when I called originally and I have no PoP, I told you it was a gift."

Try to brute force that crap... they weren't clear with you when you spoke and they told you it was being processed. Try to take advantage of that. Pretend this really happened to you. How would you sort it out?

Literally only a day or two to hear back from them. I'll try to use something of around what you said.

EDIT: I submitted a reply and kind of used what you sated. By saying that I have no PoP as it was a birthday gift and no one told me that I would have to send my keyboard back. I uploaded proof of the S/N though and at the end said "This is ridiculous! I'm basically just getting the run around." Lets see what happens from here.

I realize you've taken other measures but for future reference, all you have to do Is tell them that you obtained the POP from the person who gifted you the keyboard.
