Quick thinking saved my SE. 12-04-2021, 06:02 AM

Hey everyone! Just another success story (was almost a failure lol) So I had an order that I was planning to do the missing item method with, but I misread the the weight of the item for some dumb reason, and I also couldn't dna it. So when the item arrived I was like "damn I can't MIM or DNA" but that's when I got the idea to go the faulty product route that I had to dispose of for safety reasons, and low and behold it worked, and was approved for a refund. This all just to say that a little quick wit can go a long way.
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

It's good practice to always have a backup method, and you've effectively demonstrated exactly that with a blink of an eye.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Nice one.
What was the item? Which company did you SE? How long did the whole process take?
Thanks. The item was a media accessory, the company was one everyone does endlessly, and the whole process to around a week from start to finish. This all started a couple weeks ago. I just didnt post because I don't like posting right after an SE.
