Question bb return #1
Wondering if I could return iphone 12 that is blacklisted and I killed the motherboard so can't boot and return it to bestbuy after buying a new one . Phones don't have serial # on phone so can't match to box. Iphone 12 blacklisted is mint. No scratches nothing. Looks brand new.

Is your Intention to swap the new phone with the old one?

RE: Question bb return #4
Yes was going to swap the phones. And sim tray. You think besttbuy would just swap the phone or would they have to send into somewhere to fix it.

RE: Question bb return #6
I am going to say that phone just won't turn on. I gave to my wife as a gift and opened and would not do anything......Tried all the troubleshooting steps blah blah blah. I am going to fry the motherboard so phone will not work. I am also going to do return in store. I will purchase online if fails

If you say It's faulty, It may give them reason to check the return, thereby there's every chance they'll Identify It's not the original purchase.

Best Buy's policy allows refunds/replacements when you're not satisfied with the purchase, so that reason alone, Is enough to request a refund. Do note that opened cell phone returns, may Incur a 45$ restocking fee.
