I'm confused about steps 6 and 7.

"Send out your CPA link" is that my domain.info/index.php link?

The PHP code in step 7 is what the contents of the index.php would be, right? If so, and my domain that I registered is magnetron.info, the second link would be "Header( "Location: http://www.magnetron.info" );" ?
