So Pretty much where I live you have to sign Most of the times. Would you recommend signing under a wrong Name or letting them deliver it to a neighbour? Im going for the it didnt arive method here.

Make them deliver it to a neighbor if possible. If not, sign under a wrong name.

Alright thanks, 1 more Question they only give you the Money back on your Credit Card or as Gift Card correct? Also I live with 2 Girls would them Talking the Package work?

They always presume for the original payment method but you can request it as gift card balance as well. The highest refund chance is when no one signs it, how you do that is up to you.
