Hello,

I had a little question (maybe a little dumb but I want to make sure I don't make a mistake) about some oakley glasses that I want to se. I'm planning to eb them but I wanted to know if I should also report if the accessories (nose bridge, and glasses bag) in the glasses box were missing or not. (for information the weight of the glasses is 35gr and the weight of the accesories is around 30 gr too)

And I also wanted to know in general for other eb is it better to say that only the product you want is missing or if the box is completely empty.

no just say the glasses are missing and they will let you keep the rest.

Just stick with the sunglasses - claiming only the one Item Is missing appears less suspicious.

And I also wanted to know in general for other eb is it better to say that only the product you want is missing or if the box is completely empty.

Simply claim that upon opening the box, the Item was missing.
