Question about Asos #1
Basically i ordered a few thing (2xhoodies, t-shirt, jeans), and i am planning when it arrives to replace/refund one item. Because there is 4 things they cant know exact weight of something, just going to say it was missing. So my question is do they refund to like balance on site or you can only get exact item?

They do know.

Whether there's four Items or forty, Is Immaterial. Here's a hypothetical scenario.

*The package weighed 2Kg when you received It.
* You claimed an Item (with a significant weight) was missing.
* They deduct the Item's weight off the total consignment.
* They cross-check this, against the weight of the package that was dispatched & received, which was 2Kg.
* A mismatch In weight, means the Item could not have been missing when received.

Most clothing companies will go with a partial refund, saying that all items apart from one should work when trying to get a refund.

There Is, but It depends on the weight.

For Instance, AirPods weigh next to nothing, so the missing Item method will work. The difference In weight will not show up on consignment, so they cannot cross-reference the carrier.
