I have question about setting up RAT.

can we use any ports for a RAT?
and how to get a RAT working using a VPN to port forward?

Yes you can use any port. Don't use port 80, 81, 20, 21 though...

Just connect to the VPN and make sure it has open ports
Staff will never ever ask you for your personal information.
