Sounds good.
Please keep us updated.
Small problem. They’ve dispatched the order in 3 parts. The AirPods are in one, 2 items are in 1 and the other item is in another box. Should I claim DNA?

Are they arriving at the same time and dropped off In one hit by the same carrier driver?

The time slot is the same for all items, yes. I assume they’ll be delivered at the same time

If all packages are dropped off at the same time by the same driver, you can certainly DNA It.
That's provided an OTP Is not required on delivery.

Perfect. It says they won’t need a signature so I’ll DNA the AirPods then. I’ll update you tomorrow.

But will they need an OTP Instead of a signature?
I highly doubt It for AirPods, but just make sure of It.

Please do.
They delivered one of my items (not the AirPods) 7 minutes before they delivered the other 3 items (containing the AirPods).
For proof of delivery for the first delivery, they took a picture of my closed front door (no door number visible) with no picture of the package in the picture.
For my AirPods and the the other items they took a picture of my door number on my closed front door - yet again no picture of the package.
No OTP or signature was needed as they left the items in my porch
They left a letter saying they left it in my porch since no one answered the door. Since there’s no proof, should I DNA everything or just the second package?

In that case, photographic evidence Is useless.
They can take 100 photos If they like, It still doesn't change the fact that It was left unattended at your porch.

The EB/missing Item method has a very high success rate with Amazon, so ultimately, It's your decision with the choice of method.

The letter means absolutely nothing.
If all packages were left In the manner you've described, you can certainly DNA the lot.

Since it’s a £230 order, will they ask for a police report. I do have CCTV at my house so does that mean anything?

The nature of the DNA tends to trigger an Investigation, followed by a PR, so there's a possibility It will be requested.

They're your private cameras, hence no one has the right to request to view the footage.
