Secondly, ask them why they're specifically not addressing your questions and concerns after repeated requests. Also say that noncompliance will not be accepted - this case will move to the highest level and be re-assessed In an Impartial and unbiased manner.

If you fail to comply, I will escalate this to the highest level to be reviewed by senior management In an Impartial and unbiased manner. If need be, It will also be done with external associates of your company - I have every point of contact on hand.

I also have timestamps of all events, whom I spoke with In every communication and all replies documented In written form. This will be provided to every senior department handling my claim.

And for the latest response, this joke:
