Sir/ Ma'am i'm new to python, as i know C and C++ well i learned it easily... though not much..
i've learned python on Codecademy 100%

Question : 1.Where to make folder of my codes so that python 3.4 recognize it..(in windows 7) so that i can use import command successfully
2.How to distribute my code to PYPI (please give in detail about metadata and setup.py etc... )

I'm not sure what you want to import, but if you want to import your own python source file you can just put that source file in the same folder where your main program is and in main program you just write "import source" where source.py is your python source filename.
