Doing a protein refund. Told them it smells bad and have indigestion after every use.
Worth: $70
Sent them pictures of "lot" and product itself (on the pictures you can't say if it still in the package or not).
After a 2 weeks they contacted me back they did a investigation with a distributor and asked me to give them my address and contant number for delivery to pick it up and refund it.
So my question if I say I have no longer original package and have it in jar they wouldn't want to give it back?
Are there some better options?

I as seller I would still insist on picking the product up and without that I wouldn't give money back

What's the minimum wage in your country? Is it really worth arguing with a customer over $70, and having them post bad reviews online?
