I would develop open-source programs even if I was programming in Obj-C.

And with "OS X uses C", what do you mean? If you could be a bit more specific and detailed, your comment might be of some help to Deque. I don't know OS X, but it supports tons of different languages, what you're saying as it is does not make much sense.

Apologies for not being well spoken. What I mean is that OS X is written partially in C I believe. When Objective C was created, it mostly popularized by the NeXT. Apple then bought out NeXT when Steve Jobs came back to Apple. That is why in Objective C has the print statement NSLog; NeXTStep Log. Sorry for the history lesson, just trying to clarify my point.

Well, Deque will let you know something, I was just asking if you could say something more about why "OS X uses C". Well, OS X is mainly coded in C, Objective-C and C++, though I believe that C is the language mostly used (in the OS source code). Still, I wouldn't say it is a specific language for Apple OSes at all, while Objective-C is instead (I'm supposing you were answering to the request of help on Mac OS specific languages).

However, for the "closed source", feel free to correct me but I believe it's more open source than Windows as some parts of the source code are open (maybe I'm not right).

@noize Not sure if you fully read my statement. Closed source was referring to iOS for the iPhone. I was just making an obnoxious comment regarding the iPhone Biggrin

Helpful and nice Thread ,

but i do not suggest C#/VB.net for Crypters and Rats.
Best choice for me is Delphi and Assembly.
Really High Quality lanuages for me.

-->There isnt any coder who has coded more Crypters and Rats than me.
I have big experience on these Tools.

Suggestions for your guide:

Booter Biggrinelphi
HTTP Botnet : C++
Computer games : Python or Java
Irc bot : C++
GUI applications : C++ or Delphi (7)
Facebook Bots: C++
Twitter Bots: C++
Youtube Bots : C++
Instagram Bots : C++
Traffic Bots : C++

Thank you,
Legolas. :Grin:

@Legolas I'm no programmer and never have been one but I feel like its wrong to restrict a certain program to only one language. couldn't you make any program through any language (generally)? If an HC Dev could fill me in thatd be great lol

@Akkomodate ,

First of all,Deque asked to complete the guide of Applications.
So,i just want to help.

Second,of course.You have right.You can code everything in many languages.
But the language of these bots (which i suggested),is extremely good in C++.
Best Bots= C++

This is my opinion.

Yes you can use any programming language to code anything but there are some preferred languages to make a tool which gives better performance. C++ gives you greater control and that's the reason it was recommended.

You can't use any language to make anything. You can't code a RAT in Batch, for instance. I'm pretty sure you couldn't make a keylogger in Java, nor in Lua or in Ruby. Several languages don't support many things.

Well I dont know much about lua or ruby. But a keylogger in java is possible. As I am java coder so I know that keylogger can be made in java. Also RATS can be made in java as well. There is already a RAT named jRAT which is made in java. You need to use the JNI for making a keylogger in java
