So I recently se'd the 1850$ earpieces from amazon.

And karma has it that the cable end snapped off and clogged up the plug for the earpiece.
I will have to send it out to get repaired or I can order a new set on amazon and send back the fucked up one (thus putting in another big refund on amazon account)
Any suggestions mothered? xd

no I needed a new cable anyway, but the stock cable SNAPPED inside of the earpiece causing it to be jammed.
so I tried a bit to remove the broken piece but it probably needs to be repaired by "United Radio" company.

Was your $1850 refund instant as soon as the return was scanned at UPS?

I would advise going directly to the manufacturer to get a warranty replacement. Of course you could use a family members amazon account and return the broken one.

well its not damaged it just has a tiny gold ring lodged into the connection slot.

I talked to sony and they look like they will approve a replacement order, but what if they talk to amazon and found out I already refunded it?
