Hi, a user contact me on tg asking to buy hacxx magician toolkit. He/She made two Bitcoin payments with the same amount and i delivered the app. He/She asked for a refund of 1 transaction and i suggest 2 or 3 products, He/She declined the products and i issued a refund. Once i confirm the bitcoin transaction for the refund it got hold by the exchanger with a delay of 3 days. Now He/she thinks i scammed them.

Why this type of things happen? Its my BTC isnt it? Is because the BTC address may be blacklisted?
