Nope, they will not do that, not as far as I know.
I've been using revolut for around 6 months and I've done so many refunds with them. Everytime it has been successful, I even use the plus plan for the protection on chargebacks.

What do you mean by protection on chargebacks what exactly does that mean

If it ever so happens that you don't get your refund, or an item actually doesn't arrive you can use a feature in their app to call up a chargeback for many reasons. It takes a while but they fight for your case like they're a pandabuy agent who you tipped 5 yuan.
It lists that if you have the plus plan, you have up to 1000 euros protection on any purchase, meaning there's a way higher chance you will get your money back. So far every chargeback I've done I got the money, so I can vouch.
