How has your daily routine changed after Covid lockdown?

My sleep cycle has changed enormously. I tend to sleep alot nowadays. Am planning out things for me to be more productive and I will soon achieve it.

I used to always go out and be proactive, but afterwards I have an even greater tendency to stay home unless I need to go outside.

The COVID-19 lockdown, had no Impact whatsoever on my day-to-day living.

Apart from work, my entire day Is spent Indoors on my PCs, so I've always been In lockdown.

Getting back to normal post Covid lockdown routine is no easier said than done. Extended lockdowns have taken the toll. Work from home for those who were lucky enough not to be laid off has become way of life. Enduring stressful situations both at home and work added to the anxiety of Covid threat have made many unconsciously alert and defensive about everything. In my opinion it will take time for people to adjust and be back to pre covid times.

Doing Yoga and meditation have added up in my routine now.

Binge watching time is more nowadays. Other than that everything is same like before.

In my locality, we've had zero reported cases this week, so the government Is planning to ease almost every restriction.

Fingers crossed conditions remain the same and there's no new outbreaks.

Nice mate, we have the same happy times here and my goverment let us to go outside without wearing masks.
And my routine was the same because I am working in home office for like years.
