Do big electronic shops with employees who dont care about anything.

You don't SE small business owners.
They remember what they ship and when.
They fight hard against refunds because it affects them personally. He's trying to make a living.
You are lowlife if you try to SE the small guy when there are much easier options available such as amazon.
You can try DNA from a big retailer yes. In your specific case I don't know how big asusstore.it is, but likely it is big.
I suggest doing more research.
