Hi, I have successfully started the RMA for a portable ssd that weights around 80 grams. I have the return label and they aske to print the email, include it in the box/bubble wrap. I think the product is light enough to box them without anything inside besides the printed email, is that correct? I should still break the box on the side and use different type of tape,right? Thanks in advance! @mothered

Package shipped, stuffed some shipping paper in the envelope to increase the weight a bit. It was around 112 gr. Will Wait for it to be delivered and then will contact them after a couple of days. Will keep you posted! @mothered

@mothered quick update : the us.ps tracking is showing delivered. When would be the best time to send them email and ask them about my return? Like tomorrow? Or is it better to wait a few days?

Don't create a sense of urgency.

Wait a couple of days before contacting them.
