Just ended up returning it. I contacted CS again and they told me to fill out a form to file a claim with FedEx and to wait 7-14 business days so RL can resolve depending on how the FedEx claim pans out. Overall pretty annoying ngl and didn't want to risk missing return period.

I got a reship so 2 of everything but then myt life derailed for aq few weeks to try to get my refund and keep 2 of everything.
Might not be too late to complain, mail an empty envelope and do a chaargeback.

I'm excited because for 2 plus weeks I was in hospital and alot fo my claims got resolved so Im hoping I'm off the #1 spot on the Banks Americas Most Wanted Chargebackers and down to #2 probably. lmao
