As for the item, it is a jacket so it weighs quite a bit.

From my experience whatever they state in their policies, except restocking fees or charging for returns, they don't often follow which can be work out good or bad.

And already a Ralph Lauren update: Had quite a few items in my cart went to go check out and when I added my name and shipping address the site quickly reloaded and emptied my cart and put me on the front page.
So I must have burned them a time or too before.

Anyway that just pissed me off  so I re-added everything  plus another expensive item jigged my name and address and made the order.
That old fuck Ralph Lauren is going to learn not to fuck with me or you lose even more.

Nothing great place is way overpriced even if it's free. Plus I couldn't find a promo.
I got a set of 6 towels and bath mat
2 pillows
$80 sweatshirt and $80 sweatpants and socks and underwear
That was a ridiculous $400 which only makes me even madder.
That stuffy old fuck is selling a pair of cashmere jogging pants for $999 on sale for $695!

Update us when you can! I think I'm going to do a bit more research but I am looking at DNAing under $500 item. Just have to make sure everything is set before moving forward. Hopefully it isn't too difficult--can't imagine shit customer service for already overpriced items.
