You shouldn't suggest the DNA without prior researching.

Contact them anonymously as though you're a concerned customer who wants to make sure the package arrives safely, then ask them what happens If It doesn't. Their reply Is your answer.

So I contacted them and did exactly as you suggested, but they were being vague and refused to go into it further. Basically the rep kept telling me “contact us if that happens and we will advise on how to move forward.” I tried to press him on it and further state my concerns, but they stuck to it like a script.

I’m thinking I’m going to try DNAing and then if it fails just returning it in person.

I absolutely agree! Hence why I thought it was a good idea: because there wasn’t much information about it. Let’s hope it works. Would be kind of ridiculous of them to deny a DNA on an overpriced item, but it’s Ralph Lauren who knows how douchy he can get.

I just did DNA a couple hours ago and the rep asked me the same old did you ask family members or neighbors? Said no and got a reship already processed.
She didn't offer me a refund so I assume she is encouraging me to double dip and so I will.
