Police reports? 12-01-2018, 10:52 PM

I see some mixed opinions on police reports, some say suck it up and follow through with it and some say do not get involved whatsoever. Is there a high chance to get caught if one is filed?

Has never happened to me, if it did, I’d probably avoid it.

A police report Is simply part of company protocol to move forward with the claim In question.
It's not part of the judicial system, hence you cannot be charged. That's the district attorney's office (prosecutor's) job.
