What Is the exact wording of the letter/document you received?

That an investigation has been initiated for an offense specified in the crominal law amd that I will be informed about the results of the investigation after it completion.

Did Amazon request further Information about your claim?

Only to send right pr like I said earlier, after our chat that they cant specify what was wrong with old one, complete silence from their part.

Yes. Yesterday I received message from amazon that they are processing and verifying pr with my police station also will give me update in 2 working days. Today is public holiday so probably by Monday I should have an answer. So far its looking good, seems like this pr is finally right. Will keep u guys updated.
