I'm taking a day or two to finish other projects. Then once my brain is rebooted from this crash, I'll be right back at the damn NX16A10132S PS.
And we can't give up. Cuz this activation system is not going anywhere and is going to be on almost every electronic sold.
Thaught about sending that guy a keylogger to see what he really knows. But I don't like doing that shit to people.
We will get it fiqured out the right and the safe way soon enough.
K. That's it for a day. Gotta let some braincells rejuvenate.

Sorry, I have been busy and kinda put the tablet aside for a bit since I had new projects come in. I will write up the tutorial on the bypass tonight and post it. Sorry for the delay.

Is there rate limiting or a maximum number of attempts when inputting a guess on the device? if not, 6 digits shouldn't take very long to brute force if you can automate it.

also did a little digging - http://www.digital-safety.us/coderetrieval/ - claims it only works for devices which have been purchased. probably true, but could be useful anyway. from the sites's javascript:

Code:

           // construct url            var url = "https://atapi.disacentral.net/code/";            //url = "http://localhost:25302/code/"            //url = "https://disaapi-staging.azurewebsites.net/code/"            //mn=mn4&sn=sn413-0            if (serialRadio.checked == true) url = url + "search?mn=RCT6773W22B&sn=" + snInput.value;            else if (upcRadio.checked == true) url = url + "get/" + codeInput.value;            else url = url + "get/" + fullInput.value;

so you can go to https://atapi.disacentral.net/code/get/D..._GOES_HERE to verify disas for legit purchased devices. All the disa codes you've shared look like 1001290___ - maybe they're sequentially generated? it would be pretty trivial to scrape their API for more data. Maybe with more data, you can find a relationship between DiSa code and activation code. Or you could just count how many shitty tablets have been legally purchased . note: they will probably notice you doing this, and probably won't like it

you could also see if there are other useful apis hidden away at https://atapi.disacentral.net/ idk.

Could definitely use that info

Has anyone else been screwed over by the dtvguy? It just can't be that easy. Also there Is a code generator that popped up online but it doesn't seem Legit has anyone had luck with it?

[dtvguy68]

And that guy that goes around saying email me, I can fix it. Says
email these 2 things to me

1.the .testdisa file
2.the serial number on the back of your tablet

And pay $15 threw paypal for the code. He said it takes him 30 min.
Makes me think.
Damn. I'm sick of this tablet. I don't even get to use it.

Yeah I don't trust that guy enough to risk any amount of money and besides if he figured it out then there is a way and I hear ya loud and clear on being sick of the damn things but once it is cracked will make things a whole lot easier. I like the app idea, get some collective brain power behind the problem and see what pops out works pretty well.

wow...didn't know you guys were such big fans of mine....yes i can do it and have done over 70 of them....all of them work....and I have a list of customers that have paid that will give you references if you like

Hi Kim, for your information, NO ONE has been screwed over by me. What I do is legitimate and I have a list of over 70 customers who have paid me and will gladly give me a reference for getting their codes. So just tell all your friends to email dtvguy68@yahoo.com if they want their codes

Hey there! I also have purchased a nextbook area 10a which has this dumb lock thing on it. Oh and I contacted that guy with the 15 dollar thing and he is just a scam artist. He kept saying these are joshs files! click here and download my files. SO yeah, don't trust him! Anywho - whatever I can contribute I will. Just send me a PM and I can give you the numbers.

Since you don't trust me,why don't you ask for a list of references who have paid me to get their codes - ask them yourself - I would have been shut down long ago if I were scamming people

[kim]

References that u approve? I was merely referring to what your customer said previously if u would kindly read the thread... It's would seem that professionally you wouldn't be upset that I am trying to collect information and references in order to make my own personal decisions? If you have an explanation as to why they refer to you as a scam artist I would definitely be up to listening... I make no assumptions dtvguy68... If you are as well referred as you say I am sure there are others who will come forward with their reviews am I right?

No one has been screwed over by me . Zero complaints - Zero refunds issued - 100% satisfied customers - all of them - any of them would give you a reference - and their paypal invoice numbers prove that they paid me - not just some random person
