Hello there, I want to install Backtrack 5 on my PC but I am an absolute newbie in this kinda stuff, can any plz help me doing so? And can any one plz help me by giving a link to download backtrack 5 and tell me how to install it?

boot from CD or download oracle virtual box and attach the .iso in there and run it. Download ISO from torentz.
