Hi guys i am making my first SE for iphone 13 pro max by DNA method on amazon, the package was delivered one day before the expected date, the courier did not call me on the phone for delivery and i did not sign the package. After waiting one day I called in the amazon service and they told me to wait another day then they asked me to go to the local police because the package is delivered to them and they don't want to refund me, what should I do? Thanks for help.

Sounds like a fake story.
They didn’t asked you for a police report? They just lied to you that they have your order?

First of all, trying to SE an apple product on amazon is a bad idea from the start since apple don't want to refund something that isn't from their website directly.
From what I know it's common procedure to send you to the police station for a PR. And they will usually refund you after you provide the PR.
Otherwise you can still conplain more and get them to say something like "go do your pr and we will refund you" if they haven't made that clear already by saying things like "Very unprofessionel to deliver a package that is worth so much without me signing or delivering it on a day that I wasn't aware it would arrive."

You didn’t have to sign or there was no OTP for an iPhone 13?
Basically can Amazon prove they delivered it?

Eh is my first experience if you could give me even trivial consigni I would be happy.
So what do you advise me to go to the police or continue to demand a refund without any report?

No the courier just delivered the package to me without asking for a signature etc. They have nothing to confirm that the delivery was made to me but they still say that it seems to them that the package was delivered to me even though on the Amazon site itself it says "Signed by: hnbbs".
Sounds like a fake story.

They want me to file a report in the police office to continue the investigation

Ok well you didn't get your package, so it's time to keep hounding them. Call, email, and stay on top of it. If it came a day early,, no signature, and they even tell you to wait longer, there is no proof you even got the item. I know someone who had a similar situation and it took awhile. The Police cannot even investigate that, how would Amazon ask for something that shows a day early, no signature, and then tell you to wait even longer. I'm sick and tired of Amazon saying file a police report when it isn't even a police issue. We buy the items and pay, it's up to Amazon and their carrier to assure it gets there, in your hands. Not to start putting us through all this nonsense and no bothering our local government. If you never possessed something it isn't theft.
I'm currently fighting them on this practice of asking for police reports. They are probably hoping you aren't going to go through with reporting because they think you stole it.
Stick to your information, never received it, day early, asked for you to wait another day, and no signature, keep at that and victory is yours.
Keep us posted, PM for any questions,
G
