There's a big variance between 63 grams and 352 grams, so It'd be the shipping/entire packaging (and goods) weight.
Okay, I contacted CS and they agreed to giving me a refund. The refund hasn't come through yet but I'll keep you updated.
Also, I received an email from Amazon that says the following:
Spoiler:
Hi,
We have noticed that for a large number of orders you have requested refunds or replacements because you reported that you did not receive your package.
We know that there are occasional problems with orders. In these cases, a refund or replacement may be issued.
Check your shipping addresses so you don't miss any deliveries in the future. To do this, go to “Your Account” and update any incorrect shipping information.
This is my 2nd ever refund on my account and I've only used EB. Is this some sort of warning or am I good?
I make 3 to 4 legit orders and 1-2 months in between every refund I attempt.
What is real, will prosper.

Taking the nature of the Item Into account, specifically Its weight against the method, I was quite confident of a successful outcome.
Well done.

It's an automated email from Amazon, who, at times, Issue It Incorrectly.
Based on what you've mentioned above, the message Is not warranted.
Ask them to clarify It against your transactions/returns.
I'll see what I can do. The refund has still not gone through but I'll keep waiting.
Also, does this email from OFM mean my account is flagged?

I want to keep this thread alive so here's an update:
Still haven't got my refund yet. I recently contacted Amazon regarding my refund and they said they are still working to issue it.
Anyways, it's taking way longer than usual. How long should I wait before I contact them again?

Given they haven't specified an estimated time of completion, contact them every few days or so and simply ask for an update on the claim.
The refund has successfully gone through, into my original payment method.
What is real, will prosper.
