Not the most pressing news story (hence posting this in the lounge) but it was an interesting video to watch.

British Airways flight attempts to land at Heathrow airport during storm Corrie.



It has been confirmed the plane later landed safely.

Can't imagine the stress the pilot must've been under during that whole thing. It seems like the kind of situation where one small misstep can cost you your life (not to mention the lives of all the passengers in the plane). Props to him for handling it correctly and managing to get through it all safely.

There haven't been any sources I've found that have really mentioned the passengers. I believe it was a domestic flight. However, I can't see any reason why it wouldn't have had passengers.
