I am planning on SE'ing a Phillips monitor, anything I should know? Should I do the toothbrush instead? What excuse should I use?

Idk if this helps but I've been able to SE a Phillips Hue lightbulbs from them by simply finding serial numbers online and then contacting their support saying the bulbs don't turn on. All they did were basic troubleshooting steps and asked for a picture of them in the sockets. When they asked for pictures I just said I threw them out as they were defective. They later asked for my shipping information, a couple of weeks later free Hue Bulbs.
