I initially thought the Littlewoods was a fail when I started this thread, but it's calm, if anyone is going to do it use the monthly instalments instead of paying outirght, I think it would've been faster if I hadn't paid for it yet.
So you just claimed the sprayer is leaking? Did they ask you to return it or did they ask for any pictures?

LW I had to complain over the phone, never sent them anything. For Boots and TPS both wanted pictures. I went to the physical TPS store too, they can email their headoffice etc when you have problems, atleast when you have an account, Ive done this before with actual issues from TPS.
Boots and TPS both use royalmail, so you can claim they won't take it back if they want a return and you cba doing the whole syringe decant thing. LW use those parcel shops so I wouldn't recommend them, plus their customer service is shite.

So what did you send a picture off? Just the actual product as they can’t tell from pictures it’s leaking, right?

I syringed out almost 10 ml, sprayed some on the inside of the box, and inside the sprayer. I took pictures and I took a light blue cloth, took a pic with it of the bottle 'leaking'. showing the perfume stain. Also a little bit of perfum around the sprayer. You can send a video wiping the bottle with a clean cloth after spraying the perfume inside the sprayer. This doesnt work with JPG, CK and other sprayers that aren't thick but most are fine. Looks really realsitic.

Wouldn’t they just ask to return the bottle since it’s still in good condition and it’s just leaking?
