Performed my first dna

I did my first dna on amazon for a ryzen cpu and it went as easy as it could possibly go. Just told them that I never got the package even tho they took a pic of it when they dropped it off and the rep just said ok we will deliver a new one. The next day I asked for a refund instead due to ship times and they said ok. Happy I found this site! There is so much useful info here.

Thanks. I was hoping since it was a low weight item and that my account is in good standing that it would help out. I would also like to say thank you for the very informative guides that you made.
