Earlier this year I perfomed an FTID with an empty box with a Paypal claim
THe guy on the phone, from Paypal,  told me that it was a clear decsision because the site I refunded had pictures of the empty box that was sent to them for which I then claimed a refund for?

You shouldn't have used the flawed so-called FTID garbage.

Okay so I guess my account is gone for good.. Is there any way for me to make a second account without it getting banned immediately aswell? Are there any good guides or something?

Trying to fight the decision would be useless then? WOuld it only bring more trouble or just not worth the effort. Is there a way for me to get a new secret Paypal that cant be linked to me?
