Earlier this year I perfomed an FTID with an empty box with a Paypal claim. Then a few days ago I received an Email by Paypal in which they stated that they will close my account. I immeaditely called them up to know whats up and how to resolve this, however the guy on the phone said they examined my account, and its now gone with no chance to appeal.
How do I get around this? Im not planning further refunds using Paypal but having an account to use and send money to friends would be very practial, so I would greatly appreciate some Advice on how to do that without getting the new account permanently locked aswell.
However I wanted to know if I should fear juristic action by Paypal? THe guy on the phone, from Paypal,  told me that it was a clear decsision because the site I refunded had pictures of the empty box that was sent to them for which I then claimed a refund for?
They froze my account balance but it was not a lot of money so that is not a grave issue but I simply dont know what could happen from now on... Will they just book the refunden money back since my credit card is still linked on the account?
Also I dont really get why the Paypal Claim went through if they have such solid evidence ? Should I try to fight again or sit still?
Any Experiences and thoughts would be helpful and welcome

Okay so I guess my account is gone for good.. Is there any way for me to make a second account without it getting banned immediately aswell? Are there any good guides or something?

Trying to fight the decision would be useless then? WOuld it only bring more trouble or just not worth the effort. Is there a way for me to get a new secret Paypal that cant be linked to me?

Was this your only Paypal SE? If yes, one could easily have made an honest mistake in sending an empty package, doesn't seem like an account-closing thing to me

But if there's more to this story then yeah, hard time appealing to them

No it was my first and only dispute on paypal

There is probably no way for you to connect your information linked with the closed account to a new one. But a new account with new personal info should be no problem.

Yes I know I cant regain the old one or use the old information but how do I go about using a new one? I only own one credit card and that one is linked to the old one. If I were to get a new one do I need a different bank? I mean the name on it is still mine? Im just unsure and I dont want the new one to get banned. Is there any guide I can read through?

Read about paypal closing an account after the second damaged item claim.
The timeframe from the first refund was 3-4 months.
It can happen on other methods as well if you don't have solid and consistent history.
Or they see that it is happening too often.

Pretty sure ftid or different versions of that are often used by paypal refunders.
Escalating a DNA claim on paypal or ebay doesn't usually work if the tracking shows that it was delivered.
Of course DNA is one of the highest success methods with the companies themselves.

You can buy accounts yourselves or read a guide and create stealth accounts yourself.
Your new account should not be linked to your old one in any way.

Here's my non-exhaustive list, but It will suffice your needs to prevent multi-accounting detection. Apply what's relevant to your environment.

• Change of full name (family & given name)
  
• Change of date of birth (where applicable)
  
• Change of full residential address. If need be, use a drop
  
• Change of email address (no need to explain this!)
  
• Change of phone number (new SIM on a fake account or a Burner service)
  
• Change of HWID
  
• Navigate via a VPN (NordVPN, IPVanish, ExpressVPN will suffice)
  
• Use a different device (one that was NEVER used with previous accounts)
  
• Change your MAC address (this free tool does an excellent job).
  
• Use a VCC- Virtual Credit Card
  
• Use a GC- Gift Card (an alternative to a virtual credit card)
  
• Use a different password (nothing similar to the old account)
  
• Navigate via a private search engine (prevent your online behavior being tracked)
