Hello, I’m looking to box a company called Flannels in the Uk for designer garments. I’ve placed an order for £2968 through PayPal. Ive sort of made a plan that I will box them , and once it shows up as delivered I will open a case with PayPal and explain that they aren’t replying to emails and that I’ve already sent the garments back( proof of postage) what would the best way be to approach this if you did ? Would you open up a case first and then return it ?

If it goes wrong, don't expect them to sort it out. The company is owned by the scum bag Mike Ashley.

Hi mothered , I opened the case 2 days ago . I’ve got proof of it being delivered and the receipt which I uploaded to PayPal. Fingers crossed it works .
