a ok how soon will it be available?
Mothered will know a lot for more than me I'm guessing but IIRC for Unauthorized Transactions you basically want to disable PayPal settings that require authentication on new devices as the first step. Then you want to sign in to PayPal on a device you've never signed in with before from a different location and IP and then place an order to a different name and address. Once you have the item you want to sign back into PayPal with your normal IP and device and contact them straight away being really concerned saying you just got back from holiday or whatever and don't recognise this charge that's appeared on your account.
SNAD is probably the easiest PayPal method, just hit a store that doesn't respond and you'll win the case easily after the 10 days. You can research which stores do and do not respond. I basically kitted out my whole house with electronics back when Currys wouldn't respond to claims.
