I recently went through a PayPal dispute and just got the message “ To receive the refund, you'll need to initiate the return shipment and upload the tracking information in the Resolution Center before March 24, 2022. We suggest you retain a copy of the shipping label to verify the address of the recipient. If needed, we may ask you to provide this document later.”
I am wondering if I need to adjust the weight on this return or if I can simply send them an empty package with the return label.

Ended up being about 4 items from Walmart. Com usa, being a sizable monitor, iPad pro, some teeth whitening strips and expensive chargers.

Item not as described saying they delivered in the rain with electronics which were then ruined, saying they would require a signature for delivery and there was none.

In terms of your post below, what's your Intention? To box all 4 Items with a refund generated against the tracking number shown as being delivered?

Did it work? I think Paypal doesnt' care about the weight. Just a tracking number works.

Sending it today will keep updating as time goes, had some work shit come up

Hello, for all that are following my first PayPal claim has been successful for 1.3K and I am very happy with the work. My non weighted delivery worked fine and my claim was approved within 3 days of entering tracking. I did phone in to expedite this process. I will be looking to make a much larger claim in 1-2 years but until then I will be satisfied with this SE, my biggest personal yet. Please follow up with any questions!
