To allow Internet connectivity on the virtual machine, thus download and test files, be sure to bridge the NIC of the Host (physical) machine to the Guest (VM) via a virtual switch.

The tutorial relates to the Windows native VM named "Hyper-V".

In order to run It, your CPU must support SLAT (Second Level Address Translation) and your OS edition must also be compatible. If you still want It, I can provide the link.
