Damaged items due to the boxes being damaged.

They rejected claim after long investigation on basis I didn’t provide tracking Id that I returned the product. This is nonsense on the basis of the items were returned (ftid) and is marked as delivered. Additionally I sent them this information.

I will be appealing.

I also created fake invoice that wasn’t questioned either.

Issue seems to be the fact they stated I didn’t prove I returned the products which I will, of course appeal against.
