I need to use PayPal (so I can make new accounts) but in order for the refund to come in quickly I need to attach my card it says. Is there a way for the company (e.g. Deliveroo) to ban my card from their website if for each PayPal account I attach the same card? So basically can they see the card I’m using when paying from PayPal? Any help is greatly appreciated!
