Hello,

I have few questions about PayPal.

What I want to do is create US PayPal using HQ residental proxy, HQ real person information with real SSN but without linking bank or card. Then I want to receive a payment ($100), buy some product (from Amazon, Walmart...) and then the retailer would refund the money back to my PayPal.

1. How likely is my PayPal gonna get limited if I send the refunded money to a new PayPal account made with the same process as above? (I would do it like 2 or 3 times)
2. Same question as 1. but I wouldn't send the money to MY new account but I would somehow withdraw them immediately after being refunded.

You could use the HQ real person information to get a bank account + debit card from a service like Revolut/N26/Bunq/Transferwise and many others (not sure which of those work with US). Then use that to verify and fund Paypal and do whatever you want.

It's hard to create bank account because of the verification process... And also I would need like 5 accounts every week.

Social Engineering is also financial fraud... There are many topics about stealth account which is identity theft...

The difference being, we don't directly discuss financial fraud on this board, but rather means of obtaining goods via company manipulation and exploitation.
