I'm not referring to what you've done thus far with the method - It's your call If you're pursuing It.

I simply refrain from discussing It.

How would you suggest proceeding? I have two shipments from separate merchants waiting for a return. 1 item from Footlocker and 4 from Crunchyroll Store

Footlocker package was 0.8kg, The Crunchyroll package was 3.9 kgs. The Crunchyroll package I can throw two old books together to match the approximate weight of it. So I'm not too concerned about that.

Footlocker's package contained a pair of sneakers, Crunchyroll Store's was 2 hoodies, an action figure and a small 30cm plastic lamp.

Both of them were PayPal claims where I was just trying to get an option to return. I said that I got the wrong shoes from Footlocker and that my Crunchyroll Store package contents were damaged.

It'd be very difficult to justify how books ended up In the return.

They'd assume you returned those Instead of the ordered goods.

Wouldn't it be in my favour with the books if the weight matched? Since its really their word against mine?
Apologies, I'm sort of new but you have a guide for boxing?

As said, It will be difficult to justify.

Who carries books (with matching weight) while the package Is In transit?

My understanding from reading other forums is the furthest PayPal will go to verify is: weight, recipient address and confirmed delivery of package. And once its marked as delivered you can call PayPal to have the refund expedited if it hasn't already gone through.

Yes, I certainly agree.

But the problem Isn't PayPal, but rather what happens after the company receives a package containing books that cannot be justified. The last thing you need Is for the transaction to be reversed.

You can call PP to expedite a refund? I thought you had to make the claim via the site and wait for a decision? Am currently in the process of doing this for the first time ATM.

Once the return package's tracking updates to delivered, you can get the refund expedited by calling instead of waiting for the system.
