Hey I live in Brazil, which makes things much more harder to SE, as all the methods you guys post here won't work for me. So, I was hoping if anyone here is from Brazil as well, and would like to exchange/plan methods for SE'ing.

I don't think you'll find somebody on here, but I can send you links to some SE-forums, I think you could find somebody there. One is like hackforums, full of wrong people, scammers and leechers, but very big, and one is applicants only and medium sized.

Yeah I rather keep it around AF because it has "guaranteed" HQ members...

Find a couple of local businesses and try it out yourself. Find your own methods, I've done that for anfew companies here in the UK.

Yeah I've been analyzing a few local companies as well as big ones that distribute internationally but its so dis-motivational to do so alone :/
