Hello, I wanted to know if partial refunds worth with nike, can I order a pair of 200 euro shoes and a pair of socks and say only the socks came?

I never tried Nike, but that method worked for me at many stores. If it doesn't work, you can simply make some excuse about your roommate had it and return it for full refund. I would just try it (but let us know, haha).

I will definately try and post if it sucedeed, i have seen in other threads that this does work with nike. In which stores has this worked for you?

Partial refunding works for most clothing stores and is usually the best way

Packages are weighed on consignment, so If you're going to claim they've forgotten to pack/send the Item, It probably will not work.
You may have to show signs consistent with tampering, hence claim the shoes were stolen during transit. If they were light enough not to show too much difference In weight, then It wouldn't be a problem.
